How am I doing? Well, if you head over to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.confabulatorcafe.com\/2015\/11\/week-1-what-the-hell-im-behind-already\/\">The Confabulator Cafe<\/a>, you can find out for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>A few days ago, I received a copy of the Autumn issue of <em>Illumen<\/em>, a speculative poetry journal from Alban Lake Publishing that contains my poem &#8220;Crow, Why Do You Cry?&#8221; You can pick up a copy at <a href=\"http:\/\/store.albanlake.com\/product\/illumen-23\/\">Alban Lake&#8217;s online store<\/a>. I don&#8217;t write a ton of poetry, but I&#8217;ve had success with it, and I&#8217;m very proud of the poem.<\/p>\n<p>I had a good time at the Longview Literary Festival a couple of weeks ago. I met some cool people and sold a few books. I hope that everyone enjoys\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/B00V5IE0A2\">All Manner of Dark Things<\/a><\/em>. Next up will be the <a href=\"https:\/\/tscpl.org\/\">Topeka Public Library&#8217;s<\/a> &#8220;Great Writers, Right Here,&#8221; a book fair full of great local authors on December 12th. I&#8217;ll be selling and signing books from 1pm to 4pm in Marvin Auditorium. If you have never been to the event, it is a fantastic opportunity to interact with some great local writers and pick up some fantastic books. Be sure to stop by if you are in the area.<\/p>\n<p>First, I need to kick NaNoWriMo&#8217;s ass.
